Mechanical Pencil Day is on 05/07, or 07/05 to Americans - the 5th of July. It's a day to celebrate and promote the use of these simple but useful tools.
There was already a Fountain Pen Day, but no equivalent for celebrating one of our other favourite writing and drawing tools - the mechanical pencil. So we decided to start one!
Yes, us. We're Cult Pens. We sell pens, pencils and all sorts of related things. But this is open to everyone - anyone who wants to get involved is welcome.
